Good concept, but needs refining. Youll get a lot of crap thats not even close to what youre looking for.

I got a job interview 3 days after swiping on a position I was interested in. A week later I was hired! I think it can be a hit or miss for some but its great being able to send your resume out to places without a cover letter with one swipe! I had luck searching for entry level marketing jobs. There were some scammy/unrelated job positions that would pop up, you just have to make sure you read through them before applying.

After using the app for a few days I noticed that the jobs listed for my city were either for very specific skills or scam type businesses/jobs.

Completely unrelated listings, mostly spam, filters are 100% useless. This app is useless unless you want to fill your inbox with spam.

Im a manager who has open positions - not a recruiter. I heard about this app, so I installed jobr to evaluate whether it would be a good tool for reaching candidates. To use the app, you must sign in with your Facebook account, you cant use LinkedIn - which is annoying because I use LinkedIn professionally and FB privately. I swiped left and right on a couple of jobs and then left the app unimpressed. The next day I received about a dozen spam emails from Monster.com and some website called Beyond. These emails did not have an "unsubscribe" link and it looks like jobr automatically created new accounts on monster and other sites without my consent. They are are also now sending my contact info to recruiters who are sending me emails. I did not sign up for monster and can not manage or delete my account.

This app took my resume and applied it to 3 other job search engines and started applying to jobs FOR ME!! Without my permission!!! Now my email is getting blown up by job apps that I didnt even apply for!!! DO NOT USE!!

Even with filters I still was only shown Uber, Lyft, and entry-level healthcare jobs. Clearly a cash grab for sponsorship opportunities. You, the job seeker is not the of utmost importance to the Jobr folks. Just stick with Indeed.

The best job search app in existence. Its so easy to use. Whoever came up with the Tinder-like swiping & matching concept should be crowned a genius. Swipe right to apply for the job and swipe left if youre not interested. Pure genius! Ive had 8 different companies request an interview with me after reviewing my résumé, and Ive only been using it for one day. I would give Jobr 6 stars if I could. 2 Enthusiastic Thumbs WAY UP!

I highly recommend this application if youre looking for work. It was as simple as signing on, submitting my resume and swiping on job openings I found interesting and relevant. The next day I had 3 separate interviews lined up. Highly recommended if youre looking for work.

Great app really nice people who help you with all the FAQs and are there to make sure you get a job in your career path.

While I feel like Im on Tinder for a job search the concept is interesting and jobs are relatively plentiful. However it would be wonderful if it would connect to my LinkedIn profile or give me other options for importing a resume.
